I feel like you already know what you need to work on if you say it's erratic yourself, but it's not that bad! Character emotions are pretty clearly displayed, and since I'm not an animator myself I can't really say, but I think you'll get better at polishing the fluidity of the motions better. The ball hitting the girl is pretty good, but I think you should work on the motions of the character. But I think you knew that. Good luck and keep making stuff!
